We are making some exciting changes in the way we structure our work, which includes the delivery of excellent leadership for our care staff. To help us achieve this, we need a strong Care & Services Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this role you will be assisting the Service Manager - Residential in providing clinical management of health and care outcomes for residents, including both clinical and leisure & lifestyle. This role provides involvement in a wide range of business activities, including business management and operational oversight of all major client service delivery programs, including residential, clinical services, health and wellness, assessment and planning, and hospitality team members - all while ensuring the delivery of person-centred care. To be successful in the role, you will need to have a positive "can and will do" attitude, a passion for coaching and developing teams and the ability to work in a changing environment. Current registration with AHRPA is essential as is previous experience managing staff within a health, aged care or disability service. To work at Mercy Community, you will also need to be able to obtain any legislatively required personal history screening as required.
